That spirit of innovation will be on display Sept. 25-27 at Pack Expo in Las Vegas, where Lantech will introduce the latest addition to its C-series case erector line and two dynamic new stretch wrap machines.
NEW QL-400 & QL-400XT SEMI-AUTOMATIC STRETCH WRAPPERS
The new QL-400 is the first intuitive, intelligent and instructional semi-automatic stretch wrapper that allows safe-to-ship wrap profiles to be built, quickly and easily, for any load configuration. The QL-400’s intelligent wrap control guides operators intuitively through the profile set-up process with smartphone-like simplicity and the QL-400XT improves productivity by allowing operators to stay on the forklift. Both will be on display in the Lantech exhibit (booth C-3819) at PackExpo.
NEW CI-1000 IN-LINE CASE ERECTOR
NEW CI-1000 IN-LINE CASE ERECTORThe new CI-1000 is a versatile and easily integrated version of the industry’s most popular line of case erectors. At 1 meter wide, it’s an ideal solution for manufacturers that need multiple packaging lines in facilities where space is hard to come by. An easy-to-load “walk-in” magazine simplifies size adjustments, and machine settings can be adjusted within seconds. Visitors to Lantech’s Pack Expo exhibit (booth C-3819) will have an opportunity to interact with these new products.

NEW CFT-6 CONTAINMENT FORCE TOOLExperience has taught Lantech that containment force – the force that holds the load together – is the most important factor in determining load security. Lantech’s new CFT-6, an enhancement of its popular CFT-5 tool, is a handheld device that measures containment force, accurately and easily, at the top, middle and bottom of the load.
