At this year's Pack Expo Lantech will be demonstrating three new machines! New additions to our lines of case erectors, semi-automatic stretch wrappers, and automatic stretch wrappers will take center stage at our booth, N-5106, with live demonstrations and 1-to-1 meetings.
New Cl-1000 In-Line Case Erector
Lantech’s latest case erector product offering combines all the functional advantages of the industry’s best performing case erectors with the convenience and integrative agility made possible by a footprint that’s smaller than previous C-series offerings. The CI-1000’s size makes it a welcome option in manufacturing facilities where space is at a premium and machine integration is essential. The new Cl-1000 In-Line Case Erector features a smaller footprint and up to 25 cases per minute.
New QL-400XT Semi-Automatic Stretch Wrapper
This is the first intelligent, intuitive, and instructional semi-automatic stretch wrapper. The QL-400XT Semi-Automatic Stretch Wrapper is the latest addition to the LeanWrap series and produces safe-to-ship profiles quickly and easily for any load configuration. This latest model features patented XT Cut and Clamp which automatically captures the stretch film and cuts it at the end of the wrap cycle, keeping forklift operators on their forklifts and saving two minutes of driver labor per load.
New RL Automatic Stretch Wrapper
The RL Automatic Stretch Wrapper is the next generation of ring stretch wrap technology, creating stable, safe-to-ship loads at the lowest possible cost. The RL Automatic Stretch Wrapper maintains high-speed ring rotation without compromising cost or load technology while minimizing operator touches and costly machine downtime.
