Say what you are thankful for and point out what the person or group actually has done.\\n2. Say it on social media\\nMost of us have heard the phrase, \u201cpraise in public.\u201d Social media outlets give you the opportunity to publicly thank a loyal customer, refer business to your vendors and spotlight a superstar employee. One of my favorite ideas came from entreprenuer.com \u2013 profile one of your best clients on your company blog, explaining why you appreciate him or her so much.\\n3. Give value\\nSometimes words aren\u2019t enough. Think outside of the box on ways to show appreciation. Give your employees small incentives or have customer or vendor appreciation days with special discounts or giveaways. You don\u2019t have to give over-the-top, expensive gifts. It\u2019s the thought that counts.\\nWhatever method you choose, let others know you appreciate them. I\u2019d love to hear how you show gratitude for the people in your business life.
