TE Parcel & LA Parcel

The TE Parcel tray erector and LA Parcel lid applicator are designed to set up and seal small-format trays at a speed of up to 1.000 trays per hour.
The machines can be adapted to different tray sizes, making them ideal for efficient packing of smaller orders, especially letterbox size. This makes them a versatile solution for the e-commerce and fulfilment market.

Sending packaging tailored to the size of the order has the advantage of lower shipping costs, less packaging waste, less product damage and fewer returned goods.

The weight and size of a case have a major impact on transport costs. It is therefore important to use the most efficient packaging possible to achieve the lowest shipping costs. Especially in an E-commerce and logistics environment, volume reduction is an important goal.

Lantech’s Multi Format Case Erector supports this by setting up and delivering the size of box required on demand. The case erector can be equipped with up to 4 blank magazines, depending on the number of case sizes required.
