The Lantech Built Tough Warranty gives you bumper-to-bumper, unlimited cycle coverage. Warranty Extensions are now available for new machines and existing machines currently within their original warranty periods.
When filing a warranty claim, please have your machine serial number and PO number on hand.
When submitting a warranty claim, please have the serial number of your machine and the PO number ready. For all warranty claims: To ensure the fastest possible processing of your claim, please contact our service department directly using the contact details at the bottom of this page. This applies in particular to electrical components and parts with a value of more than €250.
Please contact us if you have any questions about your warranty, the claims process, or to check the status of your claim. Please note that it may take 3 to 6 weeks for us to assess returned parts.
